Good morning! I love this idea of starting the day with positivity. For me, Fridays are a chance to pause and reflect on the week with gratitude. I usually start my morning with a short meditation and a gratitude journal entry, just listing three things I’m thankful for. Practicing Friday morning blessings like this really sets a calm, positive tone. I also like to play uplifting music while making coffee. It sounds simple, but it lifts my mood. During the day, I try to spread that positivity by sending a kind message to someone or complimenting a coworker. It helps carry that joyful energy into the rest of Friday.
